Description
Navajo silversmith Bennie Ration, known for his life-like animal and kachina pieces, created this gorgeous pin/pendant in the same fashion, depicting a frog. The frog is made almost entirely of brushed sterling silver, a single white buffalo piece set in a simple sterling silver bezel atop one side of its body. The piece showcases triangular cutouts alongside the stone, creating a shadowbox effect, and finished with brushed sterling silver limbs and appliqued dot eyes. 1 1/2″ long x 1 7/8″ wide. Hook bail is set at the back of the top of the piece, and pin rests horizontally below.
