Description
An oval sterling silver panel featuring a slightly raised center is cut out in he form of a bear paw in the shadowbox style in this traditional Navajo bolo tie. The bear paw faces downward and its pad is set with one bright blue turquoise stone and a deep red coral piece in sawtooth sterling silver bezels, separated by appliqued sterling dots. The bear paw is surrounded by stamped scallop designs, while the whole shadowbox paw is surrounded by a sterling rope pattern. The bolo is finished with an additional sterling band surrounding the rope pattern, stamped with scallop, dot, and reoccurring triangle patterns. Sterling bolo tips are stamped with scallop designs at the top. 3″ long x 2 1/2″ wide. Bolo measures 21 3/4″ from top to bottom.
