Jemez potter Emily Fragua Tsosie, known for her traditional figurines, created this beautiful storyteller holding three children. A woman is seated, her legs outstretched, with one child on her lap and one in each arm. The woman, whose mouth is open, features rosy cheeks and expressive eyes looking upward, her hair tied into two buns. She holds a boy in one arm and a girl in the other, with another girl seated upon her lap. All children are smiling, while the girls’ hair is pulled up in ponytails. Both woman and children are painted in black, white, grey, and red accents. 6 3/4″ tall x 3 1/4″ wide x 4″ deep.
