Featuring a white body with plenty of painted and attached accents, this buffalo kachina doll was carved by Navajo artist Arvin Morris. The face of the buffalo is painted white with black eyes, mouth, and designs across the nose, while the head is covered in white fur and blue and brown feathers hanging over one eye. The head is finished with black horns, while the body is black and white with attached brown leather around the arms and across the chest, and red leather around the wrists. The buffalo’s lower half is covered in white leather painted in black, turquoise, and red geometric designs, while its knees are surrounded by white leather, its ankles by brown leather, and its feet painted in turquoise boots. 10 5/8″ tall x 5″ wide.
